Terms of Service
Rules for using BadmintonHub, hosting community sessions, and requesting a place to play.
Using BadmintonHub
BadmintonHub provides venue discovery and community-session software. You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, protect private host links, and avoid misleading, abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
Participant Liability Waiver
Badminton is a physical activity involving exertion, rapid movement, racquets, shuttlecocks, shared courts, equipment, and interaction with other people. Participation may involve injury, illness, collision, falls, property damage, or other foreseeable and unforeseeable risks.
By joining or hosting a community session, you voluntarily accept those risks, confirm that you are medically fit to participate, and agree to follow venue rules, safety directions, and reasonable standards of respectful conduct.
Independent community sessions
BadmintonHub does not organise, supervise, operate, insure, or control user-created sessions. We do not own the venue and do not background-check, certify, or guarantee hosts or participants. Hosts and players remain responsible for communication, attendance decisions, payments, supervision, personal safety, and conduct.
Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadmintonHub is not liable for losses, injury, damage, cancellations, no-shows, disputes, venue conditions, or user conduct arising from a community session. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
