BadmintonHub is an information and community platform. It helps people discover badminton venues, view public venue information, find community sessions and use session organisation tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BadmintonHub is not a venue operator, booking agent, sporting association, coach, medical provider or organiser of sessions published by users. Information on the website is general information only and is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

This disclaimer should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By continuing to use BadmintonHub, you agree to these foundational documents which govern your access to and use of the platform.

Venue names, addresses, locations, opening hours, court numbers, prices, facilities, ratings, reviews, photographs, booking links and accessibility information may come from venue operators, users, public sources and third-party services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings useful, but do not guarantee that every detail is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your needs. Venue details can change without notice. Confirm important information directly with the venue before travelling, paying, booking or relying on a listing.

The website may display or link to maps, public ratings, venue images, YouTube videos, venue websites, booking providers, social media pages and other external services. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy practices and availability.

A listing, link, rating, photograph or video does not mean that BadmintonHub endorses the relevant organisation, creator, product, service or statement. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for changes, errors, outages, transactions or losses arising from an external service.

Venue photographs may be reviewed from external sources during administration, but public venue pages use stored images selected for the listing. Copyright and other rights remain with the applicable photographer, contributor, venue or other rightsholder.

Training videos, thumbnails, titles, channel names and public engagement information may be embedded or linked from YouTube. The videos remain hosted by YouTube and belong to their respective creators or rightsholders. BadmintonHub does not re-upload the videos, acquire ownership of them or grant permission for visitors to copy, download, edit or redistribute them.

Selection or display of a photograph or video is for directory, identification or educational discovery purposes and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by Google, YouTube, a venue or a content creator. Third-party media may be changed, restricted or removed by its provider without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bookings and payments are made directly with a venue or third-party provider. BadmintonHub does not guarantee availability, prices, refunds, cancellations, court condition or the performance of a venue or booking provider.

Review the provider's terms before making a booking or payment. Any dispute concerning a booking, payment, cancellation or venue service should ordinarily be raised with the provider that supplied it.

Community sessions may be created and managed by independent users. Host approval is an attendance management feature; it is not identity verification, a background check, a safety certification or a guarantee that a participant will attend or behave appropriately.

Hosts and participants are responsible for communicating clearly, assessing who they play with, following venue rules, arranging appropriate supervision for minors, protecting personal information and acting respectfully and lawfully. Exercise normal care when meeting people for the first time.

Badminton and related physical activity involve risks including collision, falls, overexertion, equipment failure and other injury. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Consider your health, experience and surroundings before participating. Follow venue and safety rules, inspect the court and equipment, use appropriate footwear and seek qualified medical advice where needed. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadmintonHub and its operator exclude liability for loss, damage, cost or injury arising from reliance on website information, use or unavailability of the website, third-party content or services, venue attendance, bookings, community sessions or interactions between users.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Venue names, club names, logos, photographs, videos, ratings and trademarks may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on BadmintonHub is for identification, directory or informational purposes and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Users who submit content must have the right to provide it and must not submit material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, privacy-invasive or infringes another person's rights. BadmintonHub reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion and without notice.
